Roshunda Buchanan is a Nonprofit Leader/IT Management expert - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified workforce and community development professional with proven expertise in grassroots fundraising, organizational start-ups, leadership, nonprofit programming, data administration/compliance, program design facilitation, training and development connecting people, purpose, and programs through professional development training initiatives while encouraging people to find their vocation.
Roshunda has developed over the past years to build and reveal the character, talents, and potential of the Memphis Metropolitan area. She has also provided professional development training in urban communities, churches, educational institutions, and correctional facilities.
Roshunda graduated from Leadership Memphis in 2010 and Inner City Capital Connections. She possesses an Associate's degree in Psychology and obtain a Bachelor's of Liberal Studies (BLS) in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Development.
